Prado del rey

Welcome to Prado del Rey!  If you're just passing through or have been placed here then check out some recommendations about where to visit below.

With its small size, and only around 5,000 inhabitants, Prado provides a traditional Spanish escape.  Life here slows down, which is something we could all benefit from.

Community spirit is a huge part of small-town life.  If you want to know more about my experiences with the local Andalucians, check out my blog.

Click here to find out about where to eat in Prado del Rey!  Perhaps one of the most challenging things about living in a new place, especially if you're not familiar with Spanish food.

Prado may not have the abundance of exciting activities that you can find in cities like Seville, however it means you can get off the beaten track and explore your surroundings.

If you can endure the long bus journeys, then Prado has connections to Cádiz, Jerez de la Frontera and Sevilla.  Click here for bitesized snippets on the cities.
